Gary talks with Don Baarns, a busy VO tech guru and instructor in all things concerning Izotope RX. In fact, Don is the "grandfather" of the well-known and widely used Mouth DeClick function in RX. In this episode, Don discusses the benefits of upgrading to later versions of Izotope RX if you're still back on RX 5 or 6, and some of the changes in the popular software. Don also talks about getting clean audio BEFORE you need to turn to programs such as Izotope RX for eleventh-hour fixes. Plus, he introduces his new resource, the VO Tech Simplified Facebook group.
